Customers

The Customer View helps users manage organisations involved in cases, assignments, or tasks. This includes clients, suppliers, or contractors.


Overview Tabs

You can filter the list of customers using the status tabs at the top:

  • All – Shows all records

  • Prospect – Potential customers

  • Lead – Pre-qualified contacts

  • Current Customer – Actively engaged clients

  • Previous Customer – Past clients

  • Supplier – Vendors or service providers

  • Contractor – External team members or subcontractors

Use the Search bar on the right to locate customers by name.


Actions

The top section includes action buttons:

  • All Customers – View the full list

  • Add Customer – Create a new customer record manually

  • Import from Xero – Sync customer data directly from your Xero account


Customer Cards

Each customer is displayed as a card with key details:

Field
Description

Name

The full business or entity name

Address

Physical or mailing address (if provided)

Update Logo

Allows uploading or changing the customer logo

Cards are grouped in rows and are responsive to screen size.


Suggested Uses

  • Assign customers to tasks or cases

  • Track current vs. past engagement

  • Visually identify organizations using logos

  • Quickly add new contacts during onboarding
