My assignments
The Assignments page provides a detailed, filterable list of all cases or assignments you have access to; whether assigned to you, created by you, or shared across your team. This view is optimised for tracking task progress, prioritising action, and managing deadlines.
Page Features
Search and Filters
Search bar: Type to search for specific assignments by name or content.
Filter Buttons:
Add case: Create a new assignment or case.
Show only cases where you are the assigned owner.
Created by me: Show only cases you created.
All: View all cases you have permission to see.
Table Columns
Assignment
Title of the case. Clicking it opens the full case details.
Description
Short preview of the assignment’s purpose or content. Click "Read more" to expand if available.
Owner
Profile picture of the user assigned to the case. Hover to see the name.
Open Since
How long ago the case was opened. Red text highlights older or aging items.
Due Date
Displays the due date, if set. Red labels (e.g., "Overdue by X days") flag overdue assignments.
Actions
Icons to:
Flag
Comment or view notes
Log time (clock icon)
Delete the case

Visual Indicators
Red Text: Alerts for overdue items or long-open cases.
No Due Date Set: A calendar icon indicates missing deadlines.
Overdue: A red label with days past due is shown for any item whose due date has passed.
Best Practices
Use filters to focus on your workload or follow up on items you created.
Regularly check the open since and due dates to identify high-priority work.
Use the Resolve button only when work is truly completed.
Keep descriptions clear for easy navigation and collaboration.
