My tasks overview

The My Tasks interface provides users with a comprehensive overview of all assigned tasks, their status, and relevant metadata. It supports task tracking across stages and allows easy access to update, complete, and archive tasks.

  • All (63) – Displays all tasks.

  • Backlog – Tasks that are yet to be started.

  • Doing – Tasks currently in progress.

  • Held up – Tasks that are blocked or on hold.

  • Overdue – Tasks that are past their due date.

  • With due date – Shows tasks that have a due date set.

Column
Description

Task

Task title, customer, and submission time. Clickable for detailed view.

Description

A short summary of the task’s purpose or context.

Team

Avatar(s) of team member(s) responsible or involved in the task.

Importance

Visual indicator (stars) of task priority or significance (1–5 stars).

Start date

Date the task is scheduled to begin.

Due date

Due date, if set. Overdue tasks are marked in red.

Time

Option to Record time spent on the task (timesheet feature).

Finish

Mark task as Done when completed.

Archive

Move completed or irrelevant tasks out of active view.

  • Search tasks: Locate a specific task using keywords.

  • + Add a new task: Create a new task with title, description, due date, etc.

  • Record time: Log billable/non-billable time entries.

  • Done: Marks the task as complete.

  • Archive: Removes the task from the active list (can be retrieved later if needed).


Tips

  • Hover over icons for tooltips like task metadata, comments, or task urgency.

  • Use importance ratings to prioritise effectively.

  • Archive completed tasks to keep your view focused and clean.
