Task details

When you click on a task from the "My Tasks" page, you are taken to the Task Details View. This view provides all relevant information and options for managing the task.


Overview Tabs

The top section includes tabs that let you navigate different areas related to the task:

  • Task – Shows the main details of the task

  • Assignment – Displays related assignment information

  • Timesheets – Time entries associated with the task

  • Custom Fields – Any extra data fields configured

  • Customer – Information about the related customer

  • Team – List of people assigned to the task

  • Files - Manage and organise your files efficiently.

  • Comments - Easily view, add, and manage comments on documents.

  • Settings - Customise your preferences for a tailored experience.

  • Audit Log - Track changes and view historical data for accountability.

Available Actions

Users can:

  • Edit the task title or fields

  • Add or remove team members

  • Add or view comments

  • View settings and metadata

  • Access activity logs and changes
