Manage modules

The Organisation Defaults page allows administrators to enable or disable core functional modules of the platform according to the needs of the business. These settings determine which features are active across the tenant.

Each available feature is presented as a toggleable card, with a description of what enabling it will activate.


How to Use

Search Features

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific features by name or keyword.

Enabling/Disabling Features

Each module includes:

  • A toggle switch to turn the feature on or off.

  • A short description explaining the purpose of the feature.

  • A category label (e.g., “General”) that indicates the type or scope of the feature.

Changes take effect immediately across the platform and may impact what users can see or access.

Best Practices

  • Only enable features that are relevant to your operations to avoid unnecessary complexity.

  • Review settings periodically as your business needs evolve.

  • Disabling a feature may hide or deactivate related modules and data entry fields.

Available Modules

Enable HRIS Management

Create, manage, and support Talent Habitat HRIS instances, including reporting and billing.

Join Marketplace

Allows your organisation to participate in the public or partner marketplace.

Enable Resource Center

Activates access to a shared knowledge base and document template functionality.

Enable Sales Pipeline

Enables the sales and deals module for tracking leads, stages, and opportunities.

Enable Invoicing

Turns on standard invoicing and billing features inside the platform.

Enable Invoicing Using Xero

Enables Xero integration for externalised billing and invoicing (requires invoicing to be enabled).

Enable Agreements (BETA)

Enables functionality to create and manage client agreements (currently in beta).

Use Master Templates (BETA)

Allows use of global or centrally managed templates across tenants (currently in beta).
