Manage Organisation Details – End-User Guide
The Manage Organisation Details page allows administrators to view and edit the core information related to their company or tenant account. This includes company identity, contact details, time zone, and branding.
Sections and Fields
Company Name
Displays the name of your company as registered in the system.
This is used across the platform, including reports and communications.
Note: The company name is not editable directly from this view unless you click "Edit."
Tenant Information
Last Updated: Shows the timestamp of the most recent update to your company settings.
Tenant ID/UID: A unique identifier for your organisation within the system. This is used internally and in support contexts.
Logo
Displays the current logo associated with your company.
Logos are used in the header of reports, dashboards, and other user-facing documents.
To change the logo, click the Edit button and upload a new image.
Address
The physical or registered address of your organisation.
Currently shown as “No address provided” if it hasn’t been set.
Editable in Edit mode.
Timezone
The timezone setting used for timestamps, notifications, and scheduling.
For example:
Pacific/AucklandThis should reflect your primary business location and can be changed via the dropdown when editing.
Organisation Details
These fields store the core contact and communication details:
Email: The main contact email for the organisation.
Phone: The landline number for general business use.
Mobile: A mobile contact number (optional).
Website: Your organisation’s web domain, which may be linked or shown in branded areas.
All of these can be updated by clicking Edit and saving changes.
How to Make Changes
Click the Edit button in the top right of the page.
Make the necessary updates to any editable field.
Save your changes to apply them system-wide.
Best Practices
Ensure contact details and branding are always up to date, especially when used in customer-facing documents or integrations.
Confirm your timezone to avoid scheduling errors.
Use a high-quality company logo for the best appearance in reports and dashboards.
